PSCU Financial Services Issues Third Educational White Paper on Serving Small Business Market

St. Petersburg, FL, Sept. 22, 2009 – PSCU Financial Services issued its third white paper on serving the small business market. This paper, which focuses on marketing to small business owners, is available free on the cooperative’s web site. Previous papers discussed the financial services needs of small business owners and how to create a customized small business program that manages risk and includes measurement tools.

“The current economy represents a unique opportunity for credit unions to attract and serve the needs of small businesses,” said David J. Serlo, President, PSCU Financial Services. “This outreach can have long-term benefits since small business owners tend to be very loyal to the primary financial institution that helped them grow their business.”

He added that these white papers are designed to support the entire credit union industry, not just the cooperative’s member-owners.

All three white papers are available at: http://www.pscufs.com/press_room/white_papers_research.htm.
