Contra Costa FCU Signs Five-Year Agreement for Signature Debit Processing from PSCU Financial Services

CU Will Also Offer Gift Cards for Holiday Season

St. Petersburg, FL, Oct. 16, 2006 –Contra Costa Federal Credit Union, Martinez, Calif., joined PSCU Financial Services and signed a five-year agreement for signature debit processing services from the nation’s largest credit union service organization (CUSO). The credit union will also offer gift cards for the holiday season from the cooperative. 

The credit union decided to become a member-owner of PSCU Financial Services because of its outstanding ContactUSA contact center support. As a Digital Insight home banking and lending client, its members experienced professional and courteous support from ContactUSA representatives when the cooperative began servicing all Digital Insight clients.

“We were extremely impressed with the support our home banking and lending users received from ContactUSA. We quickly decided to offer the same top-notch support to our 6,200 debit cardholders as part of our commitment to help grow our debit platform,” said Diana Malicoat, Vice President, Operations, Contra Costa Federal Credit Union.
