Diamond Credit Union Converts Credit Card Accounts to PSCU Financial Services

AdvisorsPlus Consultants, 24/7 Contact Center Key Factors in Decision

St. Petersburg, FL, May 13, 2009 – Diamond Credit Union of Pottstown, Penn., has signed a five-year agreement to move its 9,000 credit card accounts to PSCU Financial Services. The credit union believes working with the cooperative will help expand both the size and revenue potential of its credit card portfolio.
 
“We are looking for a partner that can help us grow our credit portfolio and maximize revenue, usage and member acquisition,” said Jim Daly, the credit union’s Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. “We believe PSCU Financial Services can help our staff meet our growth goals through its AdvisorsPlus consultants, risk management program, and Contact Center support—in addition to its fully featured credit platform.”

The credit union plans to bring in AdvisorsPlus consultants to assess the needs of its membership and design an effective marketing campaign to boost acquisition and activation and track revenue generation. The cooperative’s Contact Center will handle all after-hours calls.

“We have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the conversion team and look forward to working with other teams from the cooperative,” Daly added.

Over the last 12 months, 20 credit unions have committed to move their credit platforms to PSCU Financial Services for the first time. These credit unions cite the cooperative’s flexible Member Loyalty Rewards platform, access to AdvisorsPlus experts and relationship pricing as reasons for their conversions.
