Annual Report

Founded more than 30 years ago by credit unions to serve credit unions, we reflect the vision and values of our membership. PSCU Financial Services’ goal is to provide products and services that promote growth within the credit union industry. We do this through tools and programs that help credit unions reach higher levels of credit card, debit card, prepaid, lending and bill payment portfolio performance and member satisfaction.

2007 Annual Report

Our cooperative’s accomplishment in 2007 can be measured in financial2007 Annual Report terms, in member satisfaction, in growth of our organization, and in overall leadership within our market segments. Over the last few years, we have witnessed some of the largest growth in our company’s history. We now have over 1,100 financial institutions affiliated with our cooperative. In 2007, we added over one million new accounts and grew revenue by 11%, even after the $19.6 million price reduction/fee waiver on certain services, bringing an immediate return of value to our members.  And, our Contact Center logged more than 14 million calls as we serviced nearly 12 million credit, debit and bill payment accounts and subscribers.
