Sheila Fenton, Director of TMC Business Development - Sheila has more than 15 years experience working directly with financial institutions. She has worked directly with credit unions in their core data processing efforts and analysis of different complementary products to offer the best member solutions in the market place. Sheila has taken this experience and member feedback to consolidate both technology and service to offer solutions to provide superior member service. Prior to joining our Sales Team, Sheila held positions in Account Management, Project and Product Management. Sheila received her bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Walsh College.
Patrick Hughes, Vice President Member Relations – Pat has over 10 years of community banking and credit union experience in risk management, client relations, sales, operations and product development. As one of the founders of Total Member Care, Patrick has worked with credit union executives in designing, building and implementing both lending and call center services that meet the credit union’s ever-changing needs. He has managed all aspects of Total Member Care’s high-volume, multi-site call center operations, from handling the first member call to his current position as Director. Patrick holds a bachelor of science in Mathematics from the University of Michigan with a double minor in Economics and Statistics.
Teri Koenki, Vice President of Total Member Care, Teri has responsibility for managing and providing strategic direction for the Total Member Care product. A 25-year veteran in the financial and payments industry, Teri brings a broad range of experience to PSCU. Her experience includes market strategy and development, branding and building a consultative approach to market in both the issuing and acquiring sides of the credit and debit markets at First Data, STAR, Magic Line and MNB. Most recently, Teri worked with a division of SK, an $85B conglomerate headquartered in S. Korea, to launch their global mobile commerce division.
Frank A.Kovach, Director of Strategic Consulting - Frank draws from more than two decades of financial experience as a Director of Strategic Consulting at PSCU Financial Services. His background as Vice President of Finance in the NCC CFO Group and his experience in backroom bank negotiations give him a clear advantage in handling expense management. Frank primarily works in consulting with credit unions with a focus on operational efficiency. He is able to use his strong ability to identify opportunities through process changes or deployment of technology. He implements programs with a wide variety of credit union members, which keeps him dedicated to helping them achieve the best solutions possible. Frank has worked in the financial industry for 30 years. Before joining PSCU Financial Services, he served as Vice President of Finance and Monetary Services at NCCS with budget responsibilities of more than $90-million. At NCCS, he implemented strategies that led to a budgetary savings of $5-million annually. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with majors in finance and management, from Western Michigan University.
