Founded more than 30 years ago by credit unions to serve credit unions, PSCU Financial Services reflects the vision and values of our membership. Our goal is to provide products and services that promote growth within the credit union industry. Credit, debit, prepaid, bill pay, home banking, loan origination, collections, advanced contact center servicing and specialized consulting services are all a part of our list of products and services available to member credit unions.

2010 Annual Report

2010 will be remembered as another year of record-setting performance. PSCU Financial Services transaction volumes surpassed nearly 1.3 billion, as we now service more than 16 million credit, debit, prepaid and bill pay accounts. This past year, our Total Member Care Contact Centers professionals handled over 18.3 million inquiries, building loyalty by extending credit union member servicing to 24/7/365. In 2010 our cooperative delivered an annual patronage dividend of $21.3 million, even after $6.5 million in financial savings were passed along to member-owners in the form of price reductions and rebates prices.
