Industry Commitment

Getting in touch with the needs of tomorrow's borrowers.

That is the goal of a Filene Research Institute program that is being funded by PSCU Financial Services, a Chairman's Roundtable sponsor of the organization. This new research initiative, tagged COOL Solutions, examines financial issues facing young adults and young families. This critical market segment represents the future of the credit union community.

The under-30 population represents enormous present and future buying power, which can greatly impact credit unions. On behalf of our industry, our company is funding research into how credit unions can better meet the needs and preferences of young adults and families as their financial attitudes and behaviors are shaped.

The Filene Research Institute examines vital issues affecting the future of credit unions and consumer finance. Through this unique, non-profit organization, leading scholars and consultants analyze managerial problems, public policy questions, and consumer needs.
