David J. Serlo
President & Chief Executive
Officer
Dave Serlo, President and CEO, arrived at PSCU Financial Services as its first full-time employee in 1983. In 1970, after receiving the first of his two master's degrees, Dave began a 13-year career with the NCUA. He started as an examiner and quickly moved up the ranks to an executive level before his departure in 1983. Dave continues to lead our company with more than 1,500 employees and over 600 member-owner credit unions by preserving the traditional credit, debit/ATM, prepaid, online bill payment, lending solutions and contact center offerings, while creating emerging services which have expanded PSCU Financial Services' product line and simultaneously enhanced credit union operating profitability and service measurements. Under Dave's leadership, the company has emerged as the nation's largest CUSO with a variety of product offerings, serving more than 13 million credit, debit and bill payment account holders. Dave serves as Chairman of the Board of NACUSO and as a member of Visa's Card Operation Risk Executive Council. Dave also serves on the Board of Credit Union Miracle Day, Inc., the title sponsor of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Run, a premier national credit union event that champions the credit union difference nationwide. His leadership is recognized throughout the industry and was recently awarded the 2008 Ernst & Young Florida Entrepreneur of the Year Award along with the Distinguished Alumni Award from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Vicki VannBerstein
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Vicki
VannBerstein, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, has more than
20 years of financial experience with a proven record
of accomplishment in improving financials and building
a strong financial team. Vicki's prior professional
experience includes Vice President of Finance and
Controller for Kraft Foods, Campbell Soup Company,
and Tropicana U.S, as well as Chief Financial Officer
for Ingram Micro North America. Vicki earned her Bachelor
of Science in Economics and Finance from the Wharton
School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania,
and her Master of Business Administration in Finance
from New York University Graduate School of Business.

Charles E. Fagan III (Chuck)
Chief Sales Officer
Chuck has responsibility for the business development efforts of debit, credit, contact center, and PSCU Financial Services’ suite of eServices products to member-owner and non-member credit unions. Early in Fagan’s career, he managed credit and debit card services at Virginia Credit Union for nine years, where he developed an understanding of the challenges credit unions face and what they need in terms of support for new products and services. He previously worked for the Electronic Commerce Division of EDS, where he introduced ATM, home banking and shared branch initiatives to CUs and other financial institutions. With PSCU Financial Services since 1997, Chuck previously served as the Eastern Regional Director of PSCU Financial Services’ Herndon, Va. office. He transitioned to the Director of Business Relations position for our eServices products prior to his current role. Chuck holds a Bachelors degree in business from Longwood University.

Tom Gandre
Chief Debit Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in the debit arena, Tom Gandre, Chief Debit Officer oversees the cooperative’s debit services unit, which continues to report strong year-over-year growth in transactions and participation by a growing number of credit unions. PSCU Financial Services’ debit group currently services over 200 credit unions and processes for more than 7 million accounts that generate over 500 million transactions annually. Prior to joining PSCU Financial Services, Gandre was First Data Corporation’s Senior Vice President of Product Development and Management. In that role Gandre was responsible for new development and ongoing product management for the Debit Services division, which included PIN and Signature debit products, Prepaid products, Fraud and Risk solutions, ATM products and the STAR Network. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Management Information Systems.
Peter Grandelli
Chief Operating Officer
Peter Grandelli, Chief Operating Officer is responsible for operations of the company’s contact centers located in FL, AZ, and, MI. Servicing in excess of 16 million consumer inquires annually, the contact center operations encompass all aspects of serving the end user consumers of the company’s client’s products and services. Grandelli joined PSCU Financial Services following a 31 year operations management career with JPMorgan Chase, including 12 years at the senior executive level. Most recently, he led a network of four domestic and two international call center operations supporting the Chase credit card business. During his tenure, Grandelli, served as senior vice president responsible for fraud management. Grandelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. John's University in New York.

Ernie Hudson
Chief Administrative Officer
Ernie
Hudson, Chief Administrative Officer, joined PSCU
Financial Services in March 1991 as Director of Personnel.
In May 1992, Ernie was promoted to Senior Vice President
of Human Resources. Before joining PSCU Financial
Services, Ernie spent seven years with Affiliated
of Florida, a wholesale food cooperative. He was responsible
for the Human Resources function for over 600 employees.
Ernie has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from
the University of Alabama.

Richard Ledbetter
Chief Information Officer
Richard
Ledbetter, Chief Information Officer, joined PSCU
Financial Services in February 2002. Richard is responsible
for overseeing all activities within the Information
Technology Department, including the management and
development of all Information Technology initiatives
and strategic planning for the company. Richard brings
more than 30 years of professional experience to his
current position. Before joining PSCU Financial Services,
Richard was responsible for directing the IT Service
Management efforts for Time Customer Service, Inc.
a subsidiary of AOL Time Warner. Before joining Time
Customer Service, he directed technology efforts for
Citigroup Insurance Services, and held a similar position
with SunTrust bank. Richard began his career in the
Oil industry, where he held various technology management
positions.

Tom Miles
Chief Strategic Business Development Officer
Tom joined PSCU Financial Services in 1988 and has over 25 years in the financial services industry. In 2000, Tom formed and headed a new division, ePSCU, which was chartered to launch a new line of business to complement the company’s traditional credit and debit card services. Under Tom’s leadership, the new business unit developed web-based services such as online bill payment support and online credit card data and service support. In 2003, Tom was tapped to lead another new initiative for the company, this time focused on created additional lines of business apart from credit, debit, and bill pay. In 2004 and 2005, Tom’s Emerging Services division delivered two new lines of business: CUAlways, which provides 24 x 7 service for credit union members on issues well beyond credit and debit, and ContactUSA, which transforms the company’s call center servicing resources into revenue-producing, product delivery vehicles. Tom’s current focus as Chief Strategic Business Development Officer is to enhance the value of the current suite of contact center services and to cultivate new capabilities.

John Pembroke
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 15 years of management experience in marketing, branding and e-commerce, John Pembroke, Chief Marketing Officer at PSCU Financial Services, is responsible for marketing, product development and product management at the largest Credit Union Service Organization in the United States. Prior to joining PSCU Financial Services, John held leadership roles at Cox Enterprises, Kellogg, Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble and worked on some of the world’s most popular brands. John’s lifelong affiliation with credit unions began with his first savings account at the age of 12. His first exposure to the business world came during high school when he had an internship at his church’s credit union. Ten years later, he returned to serve on the Board of Directors of that same credit union. John holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A. in Marketing and Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
Steve Ruwe
Chief Risk Officer
Steve Ruwe oversees the enterprise-wide risk management strategy for the organization, with a focus on minimizing risk and controlling fraud in credit and debit card portfolios of member-owner credit unions. Prior to joining PSCU Financial Services, Steve served as Visa USA’s Executive Vice President of Operations and Risk for 13 years. As a highly regarded risk management expert, Steve has testified before Congress numerous times on issues related to data security, Internet gaming, and Internet pharmacies. Steve has spent his entire career in the payments industry. He has held senior management positions at Barclays Bank, Household Credit Services, and Gary-Wheaton Bank. He has served on the Board of the Economic Crime Institute and the Financial Services Sector Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. Steve is a past Board Member of the National White Collar Crime Center and has represented the payments industry by working with policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Steve Salzer
Chief Strategic, Compliance and Legal Officer
Steve joined PSCU Financial Services as Corporate Counsel in January 2005, bringing over 19 years of experience in legal matters, contract negotiations, M&A, P&L management, operations, and sales. Prior to joining PSCU, Steve has served as Corporate Counsel, General Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of supplier development at various manufacturing and distribution companies. Steve also has experience negotiating international and domestic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Duke University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to the Florida and Georgia bars.

Mike Yatros
Chief Client Relations & Operations Officer
Mike Yatros, Chief Client Relations Officer of PSCU Financial Services, has been with the company since its inception. Mike is responsible for overseeing Relationship Management, Internal Business Development, Project/Product Implementations, and Strategic Portfolio Consulting. Prior to joining PSCU Financial Services, Mike spent eight years at Credit Union ONE, Ferndale, Michigan. There, he was Director of Marketing and Corporate Development. Mike also worked in the operations department at the Michigan Columbus Federal Credit Union. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, BBA and holds an MBA from the University of Detroit.
