Since 1977, PSCU Financial Services has been a leading provider of traditional and online financial services to credit unions. As the nation's largest Credit Union Services Organization (CUSO), we represent 500+ credit unions. We offer industry-leading credit and debit/ATM card servicing to more than 9 million subscribers and innovative bill payment and presentment solutions to more than 300,000 online bill payment subscribers. We also provide a range of processing and service options, from credit union in-house to full-service turnkey solutions. And, these services are backed by outstanding support from our 24/7 Contact Center representatives.

To serve the needs of our member-owners and their members, we operate two full-scale Contact Centers, one in the Eastern U.S. (St. Petersburg, Florida), and one in the Western U.S. (Phoenix, Arizona). While either service center is capable of independently serving our members, maintaining two full-scale service centers gives us a number of advantages:

  • Increased capacity for future growth
  • Better coverage for all time zones
  • Greater flexibility in routing voice and data communications
  • Continued operation in the event of a service interruption at either center

Since we are owned by credit unions, we have deep roots in this industry. We do more than offer products and solutions—we also deliver strategic planning and consulting that can strengthen member relationships and cultivate revenue growth.

As a cooperative, our member-owner credit unions obtain enormous bargaining power to negotiate rates and agreements with suppliers and industry groups. And, in keeping with our cooperative structure, PSCU Financial Services returns excess earnings as patronage dividends to our member-owners.
