Member Forum 2011 - Reservations

JW Marriott Located just 20 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport, the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa and TPC San Antonio offer the beauty of the Texas Hill Country combined with nearby city and resort luxury conveniences.

Resort amenities abound, including a world-class spa featuring a pool and fitness center; a variety of formal and casual dining options; and a multitude of banquet and meeting facilities, ranging from elegant ballrooms and intimate meeting rooms to lounges, outdoor verandas and gardens. You’ll want to check out the unbelievable River Bluff Water Experience that offers six acres of pools, fountains, waterfalls, rivers, and an abundance of poolside lounges to soak in the warm sun.

  • All hotel reservations will be requested via the official 2011 Member Forum Registration Site.  
  • A room block has been reserved at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa located at:
    23808 Resort Parkway
    San Antonio, TX 78261 
  • Our group rate is $263 plus tax, a savings over the standard seasonal room rate.  
  • This special room rate is offered for up to five (5) days before and after the Member Forum for those who want to extend their stay. 
  • Hotel will make its best effort to accommodate special requests, such as non-smoking rooms and king beds – all subject to availability. 
  • Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. with check-out at 11:00 a.m. 
  • A credit card number will be required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Your credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit. This deposit will be charged to your credit card approximately twenty five (25) days prior to the scheduled event.

Please do not call the hotel directly for room reservations. 

Reservation Deadline

The deadline for hotel reservations is Tuesday, March 7, 2011. If registrations are received after this date, PSCU Financial Services won’t be able to guarantee that rooms will be available at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort. Other hotel arrangements may be necessary. 

Cancellation/Date Change/Refund Policy

Cancellation of individual reservations or changes to dates must be made by 6:00 p.m. prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Please notify Merry Pateuk at 800-932-7728 OR Elaine DiLoreto at 800-443-7728, ext. 4602 if you need to cancel your hotel reservation or make a date change.
