Message From Dave Serlo

Conducting business with honesty and integrity is paramount at PSCU Financial Services. Good ethics is good business, and at PSCU-FS we embrace ethics as a business imperative.

As our company has grown, it has become more complex and subject to increased legal and public scrutiny. The proper conduct of our business requires adherence to many federal laws and regulations as well as to our internal ethics policies.

This new level of accountability naturally evolved into an effort to create a more formal company Ethics & Compliance Program.

The new Ethics & Compliance Program describes the general value system, ethical principles and specific standards of conduct at PSCU Financial Services. It covers two distinct areas: adherence to ethical principles and compliance with federal legislation in regard to financial accountability. Additionally, it is a guide to translate our vision, mission and core values into everyday decisions, behaviors and actions.

The program applies to all directors, officers and employees of PSCU Financial Services and Baytown Services. In addition, the company expects consultants and advisors to the company to adhere to the relevant principles of this program in connection with their activities for the company.

Senior management is personally committed to the ideas, principles and procedures described in the Ethics & Compliance Program. We urge you to read it carefully and discuss any questions you may have with your immediate supervisor and our Ethics & Compliance Officer, Steve Salzer.

You are encouraged to ask questions about the Ethics & Compliance Program and are required to report actual or potential ethics/compliance violations. Two mediums are available to assist in your reporting obligation and to answer questions and concerns: a confidential ethics and compliance hotline number, at 1-866-293-4955, and the corresponding website at www.ethicspoint.com. Except as otherwise mandated by law, your questions or reports through the hotline will be held in confidence, at your request.
