StarStation® for DebitAdvantage

An important part of PSCU Financial Services’ DebitAdvantageä is the ability to easily integrate new customer service functions into your existing infrastructure. DebitAdvantage provides the functionality and support for the features required to meet this need through a single administrative terminal installed at your credit union.
The StarStation for DebitAdvantage application allows your credit union to process a variety of tasks, including file maintenance, adjustments and copy requests, ‘hot card’ statusing, ATM status and history checks, or authorization and transaction information retrieval.
StarStation for DebitAdvantage provides access to the following subsystems:

• Card Management and Authorization (CMA) – Add, change, delete cardholder account information and establish unique cardholder authorization parameters.
• Report Delivery System (RDS) – Provides an automated process for downloading your reports. The reports are formatted in Word for easy manipulation.
• Transaction Research – Records and stores cardholder and terminal activity for up to 180 days. Processing adjustments for transactions done at your ATMs or performed by your cardholders.
• Tracker Online – Performs ATM monitoring 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-per-week, 365-days-a-year.
• Executive View – Provides issuers with key information to manage risk, profitability and cardholder usage.
• Real Time Transaction Summary (RTS) – Provides all our acquirers and issuers on the DebitAdvantage platform with real-time access to critical terminal summary information.
• Settled Transaction Summary (STS) – Provides all acquirers and issuers on the DebitAdvantage platform with next-day access to critical terminal summary information.
