This is accomplished through a wide variety of products and services. Below are examples of what a new member-owner can expect to receive in marketing support.
- Debit Card Strategic Consulting - is available as a
value-add service that helps member-owner credit unions grow their debit card portfolios. The consulting process involves a 360-degree review of the debit card business, resulting in the generation of a 3-year profit & loss (P&L) statement and establishment of key performance metrics for the debit program. In addition, our consultants provide strategic recommendations for growing the business and for providing credit union members a relevant, high-value debit card product.
- Executive View Select - provides 14 different Issuer data displays for ATM, PIN POS and Signature POS transactions and contains information based on the Participant, FRDABA, Network, period (month and year) and denial reasons selected. EVS users are able to drill down to the transaction and/or cardholder detail within the selected reports and create promotions for tracking purposes. Users of Executive View Select can also send template letters to cardholders to address the following situations.
- Activation and Usage Campaigns - Using industry best practices and benchmarking past performance metrics, this team has developed a turnkey marketing solution focusing on growing activation and usage. These programs include creative development, management and fulfillment options.
- Debit Mass Issuance - To assist our credit unions in maximizing debit card penetration we run yearly campaigns focusing on, for example, ATM card replacement and contactless card distribution.
- Debit Education and Best Practices - We provide a number of industry-related white papers, market research presentations and industry webinars on our members-only website, Member Connect. Other resources include our Debit Marketing Toolkit and The “Debit Advisor” quarterly newsletter.
- Marketing Content Library - We have developed and continue to grow our marketing collateral library with materials for use in multiple delivery channels. These materials can be accessed by our member-owner credit unions through the Debit storefront on our NetEffect Web marketing portal. These materials can be customized and printed on demand through the portal, or downloaded to your own desktop.
