  • DataChoice™ is a comprehensive data analysis platform that allows for easy access to 7000+ data elements extracted from various First Data file sources as well as external data that can be integrated into the warehouse. It allows access to unlimited database report design and creation at the cardholder level.

  • Data eXchange™ provides credit unions real-time up-to-date cardholder data with update capability. It retrieves data for specific information contained in the First Data system. All functions can be available to all audiences such as members and employees. DX translates and reformats raw data into an integrative version and is fully customizable. This Solution is managed by the Credit Union
  • InfoLink allows cardholders to view their consumer credit card information through a link on their credit union’s website. InfoLink can be branded for seamless integration with the credit union's web site, whether a URL or designated web address is selected. Along with being able to view current balance and pending and posted transactions, credit unions can opt in to InfoLink’s enhanced services. Members will enjoy a number of additional features such as the ability to pay their credit card bill online, receive credit limit increases, activate their card, order a replacement card, maintain account information, request a PIN, submit online account inquiries and order statement copies.

  • Right Time Payment offers a temporary real-time authorization for credit card accounts. After a payment has been made, the RTP function will temporarily adjust the cardholder’s credit and delinquent attributes. Purchases can be made immediately based on the new available credit amount or status.

  • Our ROWnet solution provides Secure Internet access to all your most important reports. It allows users to view and print reports/statements easily or download them to a workstation. With our navigation tool, you can easily access the latest reports and statement archive. ROWnet is a more secure, timely and cost-effective alternative to hard-copy reports and statements. ROWnet is also fully integrated with the Evolve Customer Service platform.

  • And our TechLinkSM service offers a one-to-one resolution of members’ technical issues with internet and software problems. This service is offered 24/7.
