Our Contact Center sends out thousands of surveys every month to your credit and debit cardholders. Based on these results, our Contact Centers have been certified as Centers of Excellence by the Purdue University Center. According to the Center, we have twice as many satisfied cardholders than the industry average and record a smaller number of abandoned calls. Our Center answers calls more quickly and resolves issues more efficiently than other industry contact centers.

Our representatives walk your credit and debit cardholders through the following processes: general inquiries, address changes, lost/stolen processing, authorization information, dispute processing, merchant verifications, card activation, card replacements, emergency card replacement fulfillment, duplicate PIN mail requests and signature/PIN transaction histories and details and more.

We can also help boost outstanding balances and the bottom line by fulfilling balance transfers and credit line increases. Our automated one-step process provides cardholders with a convenient, quick way to transfer other higher interest rate balances to your credit card. Cardholders can also use our proactive system to see if they are eligible for a credit line increase. If a cardholder is eligible, based on your criteria, they have the option to accept, defer, or decline the credit line increase. Approval criteria are uniquely designed to meet your credit union’s risk tolerance and program objectives.
