- Balance Consolidation – provides cardholders with a convenient, quick way to transfer other higher interest rate balances to your credit card.
- Credit Line Increase – cardholders can also use our proactive system to see if they are eligible for a credit line increase. Approval criteria are uniquely designed to meet your credit union’s risk tolerance and program objectives.
- Balance Transfers – similar to our Balance Consolidation solution, but more proactive in nature. We leverage the power of a cardholder’s inbound call on another subject to determine if that cardholder qualifies for a balance transfer to their credit union credit card.
- Account Retention – the last thing a credit union needs is for its best cardholders to stray to competing issuers. Our CounterOfferTM account retention solution represents an affordable approach for credit unions to retain their most profitable and valued credit card accounts.
- Pay by Phone – our representatives can easily process cardholders’ requests to make a payment on their credit card account by phone. The funds are deducted electronically via ACH from the cardholder’s checking account and the payment is posted to their credit card account by the next business day.
